Harris

It was a year ago today we took our boy to the vet as he was poorly and we nearly lost our handsome boy to colangiohepatitis. 1yr on this is my boy fighting fit!!!

Now looking healthy and sleek

Re: Harris

Pamela, Harris is a beautiful boy. What a difference in the two photos. There's just something about jet black cats that I love. I do hope Harris can now look forward to a wonderful fun-filled future.

Re: Harris

Thanks everyone for your lovely comments. Harris says thank you too. We still have a few issues with him eating so he is now kept on thr same food but with sandwich chicken mixed through it so he eats it. Spoiled a bit, I don't mind as he is now back to his hyper, happy self which is more than I could have wished for last year. OH sister is going to look after them when we are away as they will never be put back in a cattery as its when we got him back last year the problem got really bad.

Re: Harris

Harris looks lovely, glad he is recovering well. Black cats are my favourite. We fed our little Chubbiz on cooked chicken mixed with a small amount of rice. OH boiled chicken pieces and stripped all the meat off then mixed a bit of cooked rice with it then froze it in Chubbiz sized portions. He lived another 2 years on this diet. Mind you, he was my bestest, favourite cat so was a little bit spoilt. No more than he deserved!!

Re: Harris

i always said before i got Harris that i didnt want a black cat!! WHen we saw him though as a 5 and a half month old kitten in CP, he had a really cheeky personality and looked like he had brown tiger stripes when the sun hit him, i knew i had to have him!! Soo glad we took him, we is a fantastic wee cat (as is Skye) such a big personality for such a small cat!!
