So pleasedHubby bought an exercise machine last week and I've been using it for the past 5 days. I'm so pleased with my progress because in those few days I've lost nearly half a stone and almost an inch around the waist  I've also been watching what I've been eating lately and it all seems to be paying off.

Hubby bought an AB King Pro. It's really easy to use and has full back and head support. Hubby also has a Timeworks FX which I can't use, my legs are too short  |

Well done Nae!!! when I use my bike and I low carb at the same time I normally lose a lb a day. It is quite good when you get into the swing of it |

That's what I'm doing at the moment. Gone back onto my low carbs with 5 mins a day on the Ab King and plenty of ging back and forth to the school with the kids. |
