Magnetic Cat Flap - Only One Way!?

Hi all

I'm new around here so thought i'd start myexistance by seeking advice, if you dont mind.

We have 2x cats. One is 2 years (Baby Cat) and the other is a few months (Coco (or Doris to me)).

We are off on holiday next week but Coco cant go outside just yet but BC will still need to come and go as she pleases.

So we decided to invest in a magnetic cat flap to magnetize BC.

However! I have now discovered that the magnetic cat flap only works one way!!

So it will stop non-magnetized cats coming in but will not stop them going out!

So Coco could still get out which defeats the point completely.

Can anyone recommend a magnetic cat flat that operates in and out with the magnet?

I hope that made sense!!

Thanks in advance

Martin

Absolutely it would but sometimes she disappears for ages at a time and other times just comes straight back in.
Its not as easy as with a dog I guess
