Saturday dailyMorning everyone. Not been about this week due to being busy in the evenings and during lunches, Started going out in thd morning with steven and barney again and doing about 3.5 mile and im now walking 2mile during my lunch break. Out early ghis morning, did about 5mile, had barney at the vet for a follow up appointment and have been told they think he has early stages of arthritis in his back legs/hips. We have to keep him on yumove as it seems to br working. Been shopping already too today, home for breakfast then got a few things to do. Hope everyone has a lovely Saturday. Is the quiz back this week?

Afternoon Pamela ...... you are doing well with your walking, are you in training for something? Sorry to hear that Barney may have early arthritis and hope that he continues to get relief with the Yumove. Well, it's our 30th Wedding Anniversary today (separate thread). Can't believe that we've stuck for so long!!! Thank you all for your good wishes yesterday. I was wondering about the quiz tomorrow too, I think that Shelley kindly offered to host when she was back from the 'van???? Have a good day everyone. |

evening all. Had a lovely day, a dolly meeting in Manchester and then my youngest son treated us to a meal at the chinese buffet. Yes i will do a quiz tomorrow, i will find some questions , not done it yet  |
