Oh, wow. Those are much nicer. How cheerful too! I know nothing about plants. I tend to kill them

They are really beautiful Eileen. The flower in the foreground of your last photo looks enormous! How large is it? Beautiful colours.

Re: Amaryllis pics

Thanks, all. Angie, the new one is 7" across. They are always larger when brand new from the nursery; tend to be somewhat smaller in later years as they're not getting the optimal conditions and fuss. But I don't care, they're still beautiful. This has been a good year for reblooming.

Re: Amaryllis pics

Thanks for posting - they are lovely. Mine sadly is still all leaf (should I keep or dump?)

What is the orangey coloured one in the foreground of pic 8th Feb. Looks really nice colour.

Re: Amaryllis pics

That's Exotica. Most of them have lost the plant stakes with the names over the years, the &#@!(*% squirrels toss them when they're digging in the pots!! Old faithful Picotee hasn't bloomed yet, but there is still one that is in tight bud; might be it.

Don't toss yours, put it outside for the Summer; it might rebloom. Sometimes they do. sometimes they don't.
