Hygiene and dog walks.

This is very obvious but something I just hadn't thought about till I saw a lady doing it a couple of days ago. -

After walking your dog, picking up poop, maybe playing with a ball or toy which goes from your hand to the dogs mouth via who-knows-what, use one of the antibacterial alcohol gels to clean off potential bugs, before putting your hands on your car door/keys or door handle. The gels come in handy little bottles, easy to pop in your coat pocket.

Good tip, DM! I don't have a dog, but as I ride the buses, God knows what germs are on the poles, etc, I carry one of those tiny bottles with me and do my hands when I get off.

I always keep a small bottle in my handbag and another in the car .........I find it very useful..

Using this gel is expected on entering and leaving the hospital and I always do it, but I only discovered the little bottles this Summer. I keep one in my handbag now and find it very useful when out and about.
