Cassie March 1996 - 3rd April 2016 With great sadness I had to make the heart wrenching decision yesterday to say goodbye to my beautiful Cassie. She was 20 years old, a gentle, timid and very lovable cat who I will miss greatly. She appeared very disorientated a couple of days ago, which worsened on Saturday so we made an appointment at the Vet Hospital for her on Sunday. She was in no pain but was diagnosed with Cognitive Brain Disorder which would only get worse and painful. I would never have let her suffer so she passed away peacefully on her fleecy blanket. I'm hurting at the moment but she will be locked in my heart forever. One of the original Catpages cats from 2003 Sleep tight Sweetie xxx

Aww, so sorry to hear this. We had to say goodbye to our disabled cat Sidney last Thursday (31 March) he was 14, but had been going downhill for a while, so I totally understand how you feel. X |

Mags, I am so very sorry to hear this sad news about Cassie. She was a lovely girl and I remember your photos of her pretty as a picture in the springtime flower beds. Sleep well Cassie. Also sorry to hear about Sidney, Kim. Bless him. Sad times for Catsey. Thanks Yola for letting me know in "the other place". |
