I have a hunter-in-training


Tigger's brought me loads of frogs and snails and today she brought me back a mouse, mouse is dead and she's not done anything with it just brought it inside for me and was really pleased with herself I praised her up loads for it

Wow Phoenix, Tigger is a good wee hunter. I've heard it said that female cats are better hunters than males but not sure if it's true. Tigger is bringing you her catch so you are very honoured. I'm glad you're praising her for it because it's her way of showing her love for you.

And a second one <3 such a good girl <3

I dont think it's true, my male cat Dylan was forever bringing back prey animals (he must have brought back hundreds of rats and rabbits and mice and moles in his time)

So far the mice have been dead, the frogs weren't and neither were the snails
