Daily Thread - SundayHad a very brief chat with hubby last night. He's flying out to Singapore on Tuesday, not sure how long he's staying out there for then hopefully home. I'm hoping he's gonna be home on the weekend  Gotta phone my fatherinlaw later as yesterday all the lights went out upstairs, flicked the trip switch back on and still no lights  Everything else is working upstairts except the lights and I'm not confident enough with electrics to go looking for the problem  Gonna paint my livingroom ceiling today. Morning all. Grey and gloomy here and raining on and off. OH has gone fishing (nutter) and I'm about to head off to church soon. Not much planned for today. In quite a bit of pain after all my walking round yesterday (and I somehow forgot to put my walking stick in the car yesterday so had to go round the cat show without it) so wont be doing anything strenuous. Hope you all have a good day. |

Well a lot of housework for me today, I have just sprayed my oven with Mr Muscle (should be renamed Mrs Muscle if you ask me!!! ) Then I will be cleaning the bathroom and making shepherds pie for later.Also going to order my bathroom carpet tiles today, hopefully in February we will get started on doing the bathroom, (I will post up some before and after pictures if people would like to see it) |

Hello all. Just been to get Elvis's (Lizard) food, then been to Asda. Just eating a Sausage sandwich now! Going to see my ex boss this afternoon, the ones that showed Labs for over 50yrs, then tonight off to a friends where we will be choosing pics etc for the discover dogs stand. Have a good day all. Well I've cleaned more of the loft out another really stuffed car round to the skip. Can actually see the loft now  Apart from running round the garden with a stick with fan trellis on the top done nothing. |

Back to seasonable weather after yesterday's record setting 73F! Now 48F, cloudy and heavy rain predicted...Leia has given up on the porch and sleeping in HER chair. To market, lazing around with Sunday papers and crossword; fed Onyx earlier; off now for her second meal and also the birds...new suet cake almost gone,,,they certainly love those things!! Think I had better Google and find a case lot bargain! Have a nice evening, all! |
