To lose my (mega) pregnancy fat a couple of years ago I did a thing called 'toning ring'. It's a resistance exercise; takes 20 mins a day and worked wonders. I've since done the gym but need to apply myself again and have found a gym that does both 'gym stuff' as well as exercise classes which will make for a more interesting work out routine. |

I will try just eating more healthily in the new year. At work they are constantly getting bacon sandwiches, mcdonalds, sausage rolls.... I will just take a boring packed lunch in with me and try not to give in to temptation. Maybe anyone who wants to start a diet in the new year can post a thread and we can all support each other and mark our progress!!! |

I can do diets. Thats the easy bit I think. Its exercise. Wont go to a gym or anything on my own and only way to do exercise is to do it at home. No dogs to walk !! |
