Isn't she lovely!!! I had golden hamsters as a child, the only pet we were allowed other than goldfish They were so lovely and snuggly - only one was a biter! Just wanted to check, is that cotton wool inside that cardboard roll? Only we used that a bit for bedding - and other, similar stuff - and one of the hamsters got an internal blockage and turned up it's toes as a result. Used shredded paper after that. |

She is lovely and has a very exciting looking home!! When we had hamsters as kids they just had a little house, some sawdust, food and water!!!! |

She is lovely Elaine! I never had a hamster or knew much about them but looking at Indie here, I think I could spend hours just watching her play .....she's a real cutie! |

Thankyou, I do love to watch her busy herself around the tank especially after I have cleaned it and replaced everything. You still get those little hamster cages, I personally think if an animal is to be housed then it should have as much room and activities as poss'. We had a guy leave the pet shop in a strop yesterday coz I refused to sell him a rat coz he wanted to keep it in a bloody hamster cage |
