Lucy and Sabrina

Thought I'd share these two persians I have been looking after on and off for a while now. Lucy is quite cuddley but hates getting her eyes washed and being brushed, tolerates it but hates it. Sabrina on the other hand just HATES me but atleast she doesnt flee the house in terror when I arrive now. She does make it known and understood that she hates me though. Softly softly........

This is Lucy

This is Sabrina, making sure I know that she hates me.

Re: Lucy and Sabrina

Elaine - where do you find all these animals that hate you???

I could never have a long haired cat - I'm afraid I couldn't cope!!! You are one brave woman

Re: Lucy and Sabrina

Cats dont normally hate me, and dogs certainly dont, pigs also like me, its the cows, donkeys and sheep that trully hate me
I have managed to stroke Sabrina once or twice which is a huge improvement from when I first began looking after them. She wasnt happy about it and I dont like to push them too far too soon. She'll come round one day.

Re: Lucy and Sabrina

Did you look at their eyes in your photos????

And I expect they have sharp claws - if you go ahead knowing these things, in my book you are brave!

Beautiful. Very majestic looking.

I never thought i would have a long haired cat but now have Jac - hes not so keen on his grooming now hes a bit older, regularly done keeps him tidy & tangle free

Didn't want to be the one to say it . . . . However, I've never had any problems with brushing or washing my Persians. Sorry, it must be you Elaine
