well my cat, Pantufa started loosing alot of fur and on the areas where she had no fur, she would lick alot and then it would turn into wounds. I took her to the vet, and she started taking injections every once a week (+ vitamin pills for her fur). She has recovered 90%. I continue to take her to the vet though - I will only become totally satisfied when she is 100 percent recovered. So, I suggest you ought to do the same to your cat. |

Allergic skin disease....This common group of diseases is difficult and frustrating to diagnose and treat. Sounds like expensive lotion from expensive vet .... here we go! |

Well it's obviiously causing him some discomfort so yes the only suggestion is the vet. Dont mean to be cheeky but its it because of financial reasons that you havent had your cat seen by a vet since your first post? |
