They are fascinating aren't they - but sooooooooooooo bad............eating baby songbirds, damaging trees etc. They are good time wasters! (If they has tails like rats we would all hate them!) |

Dinahsmum, you are SO right...my neighbors & I call them arboreal rats!! They dig up tulip & crocus bulbs, steal tomatoes just when they're almost ripe & were looking forward to one for lunch..I hate 'em!! But have foiled them at the bird feeder: I had to hunt all over the Internet to find a REALLY squirrel-proof one (had tried others with no luck ) This one works & I get a nasty grin every time I see a new one try unsuccessfully |
