you are doing very well if you do 20-30 mins on the bike I worked out that if I did 30 mins on my bike 3 times a week I would burn off 39,000 calories!! that is quite a lot and I don't go mad when I am on the bike, it is quite gentle exercise, does your bike tell you how many calories you have worked off?? |

yes it tells me diatnce travelled in KM calories burnt, speed and time been going. i usually manage about 5-6k a day. i think it's about 210 calories a time. My doc was telling me to keep my pulse around 130-150 a minute, if it goes to 180 stop right away, if it goes a little above 150 slow down. I usually go about 16.5-17.5 km'ph on it. though somedays I go slower lol must admit i am always fidgetting now though, anyone else do that? constnatly moving my legs etc!!!! |

CJ - the cross trainer will reduce the size of your bum by toning the muscles there. I used one at the gym and it's by far the best bit of general all-round fitness equipment there is. Well done you for losing all that weight . . . . keep up the good work but take it nice n slow |
