Daily Thread for Thursday 23rd Feb 06Today is overcast but as I haven't been out yet can't gauge temperature. Today in the office I will be desk-hopping as the accountant will be in. As I haven't normally been in on Thursdays (and am now), we will have to juggle desks as she usually uses my PC. Central heating on the blink so engineer coming later this afternoon - expecting usual huge bill  Eye is a lot better, the Anti-B drops are obviously working, which is good. Not sure how much I'll be on during the day as I might not have access to my terminal . . . everyone have a lovely Thursday

it blinkin snowing here! has been since i woke upa t 5.30 am. It very fine and powdery, but is now statring to settle very slightly. Off to vets with princess freya this morning, think the cold outside will make the flea's jump right off her lol apart from that and a trip to the bank nothing much planned. oh tkaing ryan to yuth club at 6pm, got to be back tomy house for film rental guy who calls between 6.30 and 7.30 and also got to pick ryanup by 7.15! thursdays are hectic here lol. hope you all ahve a nice one, wrap up warm and snug! no wonder twix and oatmeal don't want to go out today! |

Actually it's now snowing up in our rural-office-on-the-hill. Quite heavilly too. Thanks heaven for 4-wheel drive else I'll be sliding all the way down later today  |

It's a bit brighter here today, but still cold. My mini-cold is almost gone - just left with a cold sore now   Yola - glad your eye is getting better. Contact lenses - great, except when they go wrong! CJ - the fleas will cuddle in closer to Freya if it's cold outside! |

Evening everyone, Woke up to snow this morning too!! Chloe sat by the back door for her usual morning sniff of the garden. She went outside, tried to catch a couple of snowflakes, then ran in again!!! Think it much too cold. Work was manic today!!!! We have sold loads of houses this week and its hard to keep up with all the offers, sales letters, solicitor quotes, mortgage advice!!! But nice for the weekly figures!!! Have a good evening everyone! |
