Christmas cakes


My Christmas cakes are finished at last, took one round to my daughter's on Monday and these are the remainding two, one for hubby and me and the other for my son..

Lovely decorations! Did you make the bits for the centrepiece on the first cake? It looks gorgeous! I'm going to finish mine this coming weekend but it won't be artistic like yours!

No MrsH, I'm not that clever!! It's made of sugared icing and I bought it from Sainsbury's ...... the same with the mini decorations around the edge of the cake. It's the first time I've tried that and must admit I'm pleased with the result as it's different from the usual cake decorations..
