3 and a half weeks since


I stoped smoking . I know I have put on a bit weight but it will come off again (hehe I hope)
I feel great!! It's funny but I know this time I wont go back to ciggys.

Moli is doing really well to. I think it's been 5 and a bit weeks for her. (she'll correct me if I'm wrong)

Elaine DM in the states smokes and Fran. Dont know of any others.

Yola. This is the first time it has "felt" right. I'm not interested what so ever i cigs. Before when I stopped I was always thinking up ways to have a "sneeky" but not this time

I am a smoker too. I wish i could stop but havent got the will power but i think its great that you have both done so well.
