I am going to cat proof the garden so Tiger and Lester can have an outdoor space to call their own. I have Tiger in the garden but he just wants to escape over the wall and gets very frustrated. Touch wood he has been a model housecat he has caused no damage apart from getting in my livingroom blinds I feel bad for him |

I would be inclined to just allow him in the garden ..... once you've cat-proofed it at least you know he will be safe and not able to go any further. Difficult decision whether to let him out and about as he used to be. |

Thanks everyone, I know I have made the right decision for the right reason it's just really hard when I see how much he's hankering for the outdoors. No amount of chasing shoelaces etc seems to help. |
