Several reasons - mainly as it's not really a good time for us to be taking on another cat

I'm a bit sad too Fran, but a lady was looking for a young adult cat as her husband had just keft her & she fell in love with Matilda, I'd been having 2nd thoughts about keeping her as we are having all this building work done & we are going away soon, so I thought maybe I should let this lady have her, who is over the moon & I just know Matilda will be spoilt rotten
