Saphie or saphy??

hello all

well i have made my pick

but i need help with a name which way do u think its the best way to spell Saphy or Saphie?

ps here she is

its a pic of a pic so not the best
i think she is the silver tabby in the front but there are 3 silvers in there so your guess is as good as mine

just to add i did think about Saffy but with haveing 2 staffys i thought it would be a little funny thats why i thought of spelling it with the PH
