We had the Microsoft 3000 and have just got another one after a certain small boy spilt his juice into it . . . I love the soft-touch keys and the rubberised wrist area. However I didn't find on the old one that the letters wore off, despite my long nails! So not other recommendations other than what you already have I'm afraid! |

Sorry - laptop user here so no separate keyboard. Our training suite at work uses Dell keyboards. They are in use 6 hours a day, 5 days a week and are still ok after three years. |

I have the original keyboard that came with my Mac, so no advice here. I use a plastic keyboard protector (actually, am on my third now and about to order a fourth) so there is less wear and tear on the keys themselves. Maybe something to keep in mind ... they come to fit all makes of keyboards. |
