Oli got a new friend today!After the thread I began about Oli's meowing, I decided to try and find one of those toys with a heartbeat. The ones that I found were quite expensive, £20! I decided that it didnt need to have a heartbeat, so long as it interacted with Oli. When looking on Toys r Us online last night, I found a purring cat. When I went into the shop today it sounded like it had a ball jammed in its head & that was rattling around (not a very good purr). So i decided to look at the other interactive toys.... I came across a FURBY! It was a bargain, reduced to nine pound something! I took it home and unwrapped it with the help of Oli. Once the batteries were put in, I gave Furby to Oli. He licked him all over and rolled around the floor with him. Hopefully, this will be a loving and long lasting relationship. Im just hoping Oli will continue loving him until I get him his REAL friend later in the year.
