Tuesday Mid Morning

Good Morning all.

Dinky yes update on the bedding sounds a good idea.

Waiting here for the heavy rain to stop to go out with Gert. But may need to build an ark

Yola A months grace then. Surprising how much travelling gets to people.

To everyone have a good day tongue is 100% better too,

Re: Tuesday Mid Morning

Evening kazz and those to follow.

Not been on much as been loaded with the cold and not interacting with social media the last couple of days. Starting to feel a little better but not quite 100% yet.

Kazz I do hope you managed to get out with gert.

Dinky, do let us know how the bedding is

Re: Tuesday Mid Morning

Evening dear friends, I'm sorry I haven't been in touch but just not felt able.
Who knew there were so many hours in a day.
I am going to be alright.
I had the ct scan and spoke to the specialist on Monday.
I have a condition called sarcoidosis in my lungs which is an autoimmune condition and can be treated with steroids.
I am having a camera in my bladder on thur because I had a bug in my urine then next thur a camera in my lungs so I can begin treatment.
I am so thankful it isn't worse.
Thank you all for your support, I look forward to catching up with everyones news xxx

Re: Tuesday Mid Morning

Shelley, I am SO very delighted to hear that your condition hasn’t proved to be your worst nightmare. Saw you adorable pic of the robin in your hand and felt things must be looking more positive.

Me? I’m stuck in a decidedly average hotel near Birmingham International Airport. Dinner had, pjs on, wine in hand. I shall read a bit, fire off instructions to the 3 males at home and then get some sleep for a very full on day tomorrow.

Re: Tuesday Mid Morning

Good afternoon/evening Kazz, Pamela,Shelley and Yola.Wednesday morning here and going to be another hot one.

SHELLEY, that is fantastic news and once your treatment starts, you'll be a new woman.I'm so pleased for you. Now you'll be able to relax a bit and enjoy Christmas.Just a couple more wee procedures to go and then the road is all up. Well done you for hanging in there. You can now see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Kazz, hope you didn't get too wet walking Gert.Hope the rain eased up a bit.Did you manage to build that ark or just used your water wings instead?

Pamela, sorry to hear that you've got a cold. It makes you feel really miserable, I know.Hope you got through your day OK and having an early night with your furry hot water bottles beside you.Stay nice and warm and get better quickly.

Yola, hope you're feeling a bit better too.Get some decent rest -lets hope the bed is comfy- and hopefully tomorrow won't be as full on as you think. You'll be pleased to get back home again.

Just an update on Willow. She's managed to keep a tiny bit of food down last night and this morning. The vet is coming back today to give her another anti-nausea shot and I have to syringe a liquid into her mouth one hour before food ,to coat her stomach. She's still off all her meds. I'm praying that she'll be OK and the stomach bleeding will stop. One day at a time.

I hope everyone has a great day and keeps warm and dry.AND yes, when that bed arrives, I'll let you know what it's like.
