Please could someone inform me of the following.
A kitten is a male at birth, and is still a male, when he has his vaccinations at Nine weeks old. At Twelve weeks old, this kitten has the Second vaccinations, but instead of being a male, it has turned into a female.
The question is, is this female fertile?

The kitten must have been female all along and therefore I would assume that feritlity would be normal.

Fertility normal! I had a 'male' exotic shorthair, who turned out to be very much female, but even the vet couldn't tell at 10 weeks lol.

I too have had a male which at 12 weeks was female - very hard to tell some of them. It is quite common.

Thank You Elaine, This kitten was a male when he had his First vaccs, as the Vet stated, but a female on her Second vaccs, even took the vet by surprise.

Yep, it happens quite a lot! Vets are rubbish at sexing kittens We had one which at 5 months was seen by the vet and the owners told that his testicles hadn't descended yet an wait another month before castration. A month later, kitten was sexed as female!

Hello Calismum, Thank you for your reply. I need to know if a kitten that starts out as a male, but changes to a female at Twelve weeks is infirtile, because of this change. This kitten is big for a female.

no because we had her speyed, but I would presume that fertility would be unaffected as it's simply a common sexing error. Some kittens take longer to mature down below than others.

The kitten's sex has not changed, although it may have been wrongly sexed initially. It is fairly rare but cats can be hermaphrodite and exhibit both genitalia, and in this case they are usually sterile.
