Hi everybody, and a big thank you for suggesting that I have my own section on Catpages

I thought I would do a post detailing out how this is all going to work and the sort of photos that I require.

For anybody who has already asked me for a drawing please see the thread titled members requests so far, if you are not on the list please post in the requests thread your request together with the photo you would like me to draw and I will add you to the list.

To give some newbies ideas of the type of photo that I require here is a photo that would not be very good for a drawing as it isn't very clear and quite blurred. If you supply a blurry photo the best you will get is a blurry drawing

Below is the sort of photo I would prefer

Although this photo is perhaps a little bit too bright it is nice and clear and I can always adjust the colour of eyes with a different photo.

I work mainly in coloured pencils, past pencil work examples are below

The pastels are a lot quicker to work with than the pencils, if you would prefer me to do a drawing in pastels or pencils please let me know in your requests.

ADJUSTMENT TO ORIGINAL PHOTOS

If there is something you do not want me to draw or want me to alter from the original photo please let me know and I will try and make these adjustments.

I would love to make a donation for one of your fantastic drawings (especially one of my fantastic cats lol).I'm in no rush and if for any reason in the future you're not able to do it I will totally understand.
