wii fit

I got home from work & John & the girls had been shopping & bought a wii fit I know he has been after one for weeks, but they are really hard to get hold of.

It's great fun.

I've set myself a target & a fitness programme, so hopefully I will be a few stone lighter by the time I go away in 10 days time.

Re: wii fit

A few STONE lighter no pressure then

I'd be interested to hear if these work. I've heard they're like gold dust at the moment and although I won't get one as I'm really not into computer games and the like I'd be curious to know if they live up to the hype.

However Smudgely - much luck in your rather . . . erm . . . challenging goal

Re: wii fit

I know John tried everywhere to get one for my birthday & he couldn't. But they had 10 in "Game" when he went to Merry Hill today. They had literally just arrived as he was passing & he popped in. They won't let people order them, so it's just pot luck when they have a delivery.

It's really fun. It logs your weight / height / BMI and logs how long you spend on what activities, how much weight you've lost & how fit you are. I've been jogging and doing some steps. Johns been skiing & the girls have been dancing / doing press ups and general excercise. We all have a personal fitness trainer for encouragement. It's great. I have set a realisitic goal, which will be reviwed every couple of weeks.

Re: wii fit

I had a go in PC world on one with my big bro - my balance test BMI etc all came back at my exact age - I was really chuffed, especially seen as my brother's came back as 44 and he's only 29 LOL! xx
