This is a picture I did not even realise had been taken.

It was taken tonight but my niece Sophie (budding photographer) - the subjects are Myself fat woman on the left - Sal staffie - Katie my eldest niece this was just prior to setting off on a walk.

And yes I always have a smile on my face, no point in being anything but happy is there life is much too short,
