There is the Conran ones on the river at Shad Thames. It's a short cab ride but worth it as it takes you just under the Tower of London. Le Pont De La Tour has a 'posh' bit but also a bar and grill which serves the most amazing food . . . if it's warm you can sit outside and watch the boats glide by. I've been there 3 or 4 times and it's never disappointed. |

Sorry I cannot help you, but wanted to say, let me know if the London Eye is good? I have been wanting to go, but never seem to get round to it, Maybe Easter? or do you have to book? and will it be busy? Julie x |

dont see the fascination in the eye. went past it on the train once and thought it looks a bit daft where they put it. I did go on the one at navy pier in chicago, but that's out on a dock on the lake and you can see the skyline of chicago's lakeshore view. I am afraid of heights though, so was barely peeking out of one eye lol. |

daft innit i live in london, be very rarely go into the city center, go to camdem market loads, and highgate/hampstead. wouldnt go on the eye for anything i dont do heights too well |
