Re: Daily Shred Thread / Mothering Sunday

Morning everyone. Not seeing my mum, for one she is in spain and two we dont get on all that well anyway.

Kids have forgotten what day it is, but I dont mind cos they sent my flwoers and chocceis.
The liles have started to open up and are a lovely bright orange colour.

feeling rough today, got raging sore throat, headache, and being sick, kids have passed it on to mummy!!!

so no plans for today. As usual hubby did nothing for mothers day for me from the kids, but i didnt get a birthday card so shouldnt expect one today lol.

lovely sunny day here and not too cold either!!!! may go sit in garden on recliner later for some fresh air

Re: Daily Shred Thread / Mothering Sunday

Morning all.
Raining & miserable here - but I feel much better today so that's good!
No nippers here, so all by myself still - but they'll be back this afternoon.
Have had a happy mothers day text from them. (bless 'em)

Hope you feel better soon CJ.

We're off to our friends later for their 25th wedding anniversary get together. (just a few friends for a buffet)

Re: Daily Shred Thread / Mothering Sunday

Hi everybody

Nice day here at the moment, although this afternoon is set to rain. So I have been out in the garden whilst the weather is good, cats are enjoying running around outside for a bit

Off to the garden centre later to pick up some seed compost and some manure if they have any.

Mum and Dad popping over later so that will be nice

Then this afternoon if it starts to rain I am going to come inside and do some drawings

Have a good day everybody

Re: Daily Shred Thread / Mothering Sunday

Hubby has gone off to his mother's on the south coast today so I'm at home with Domi. It's dull and overcast but quite warm - rain is promised for later which is a shame as I was hoping to take the lil one over to Odds Farm, which is a farm specially designed for kids with baby animals, tractor rides, adventure playground etc. However I don't fancy it in the rain so it'll have to wait for another weekend.

Am busy washing bed linen etc and am about to di marmite on toast for Domi coz he loves it!!

Apart from that - not sure what today holds. Oh, hubby did come back from the super market yesterday with some chocolates and flowers for me from Domi, which I was not expecting. No card however . . . unless it's been subtley left somewhere around the house
