I never use Tesco, really don't like the service in there. I much prefer Asda, they're much friendlier at the c/outs, always willing to chat as you pack! |

I think it's just a problem with the service industries in general, although some places do seem to have better training for their checkout staff. Not just a problem in the UK, I was at the Safeway this morning and there was only one Express checkout open ......with 15 people in the line!!!! hair pulling, eye rolling foot tapping time!! |

I shop in Sainsburys mostly...... I find the checkout operators very friendly, they always ask if anyone needs help with packing ...... the downfall is they never have enough tills open |

My pet hate is Somerfields! I detest shopping in there, there is only ever 2 tills open and people queing to the back of the shop. Makes my blood boil!! Changing the subject slightly. I read in my local paper tonight that Lidls are planning on opening 2 stores in Telford, subject to planning approval. I might get some of these bargains yet, woo hoo!! |
