We are Grandparents!!


Well - hubby is . . . I'm step-grandma as of 0530 this morning. It's a little boy (Jake) who will hopefully be a good companion for Dominik (destined to be an only child), as they grow.

Weird thing . . . hubby woke with a start at dead on 0530 this morning and couldn't get back to sleep . . . but he is kinda sensitive to things like that.

I'm delighted for him (and for his son and girlfriend). Also it's my Mum's 80th brithday today so that is uber, uber cool that Jake was born today

Congratulations Yola. Your a bit like me though. OH is a grandad I'm not a grandma yet. refuse to be old enough. My daughter was an auntie just before she turned 2.

Congrats Yola, i'm sure that the arrival will always ensure that he refers to you as "(step)Grandma" NOT, stop the protesting, your a Grandma now!!!!! teeeeheeee (PLEASE for the love of Mike, take this in the spirit that it's meant)
