Well the big plan has now been actioned. I now have what I think is a large enough set up for Pickle and Twinkle who were bonded a month or so ago. What do you all think? The set up comprises two 4ft hutches that have been completely joined together to make an 8ft hutch. Half of the top is floored and half is open so they have room to stand on their back legs in half of the 8ft and room for a bedroom and eating in the other half of the 8ft. Here are some more pics: The next picture shows Twinkle showing you how she can stand on her back legs to have a good nose about and a stretch (spot the white tummy)!! And one from the top half looking down: And a shot of the run which is attached. It is 9ft x 3ft and they have access to this from around 7am to 10pm unless the weather is atrocious then I might tuck them up a bit earlier in the eve: Half the run is roofed with clear plastic so they can get out even if it is raining. Few more pics to show the length of the whole set up: Here is Pickle having a nose: Checking out the new bunny mansion: |

Thanks Emma!! Plenty of room for them to run around now. Hate rabbits being stuck in tiny hutches no bigger than a shoe box. Its cruel. Now they have 27sq ft run and 24sq ft hutch so plenty of space |
