I haven't had a chance to go out and get much because Mike has been away since early Wednesday morning, and thanks to the snow, all the jobs have taken ages again- frozen water pipes outside, extra hay and bedding, a dalmation with diarrhoea, etc. I also hoped to keep her on the renal diet, but I've decided its more important that she eats- the cat's milk is a good idea, will get some tomorrow along with ham and prawns, and try her with the chicken. She has eaten a little, but not as much as usual and she's a skinny wee thing already. |

At this time definately more important that she eats something. Will she maybe eat the renal food if tyou warm it up a little? Or any other cat food? |

Try adding a little warm water to her wet cat food....or have you any pilchards or sardines or tinned salmon in the house if so strong smells work...well did for mine with CRF. Good luck, hope all goes well. |

I tried all sorts with Merlin and the only thing he really always liked was freshly boiled chicken breast, hand fed. It's hard farthing, especially with the other animals to care for. |

Sorry to hear about Spice , Farthing. When Tom was poorly i bought him a cooked chicken and this went down well, especialy when warm. Sometimes helps to pull it into little strips. He also liked Whiskas cat milk, i now have to buy it for him even though he's better. How about chicken soup. |
