Friday's Daily Thread

Well - hubby faxed my 3-page letter to LG this morning and also to the retailer, John Lewis. If I din't hear anything today I will be constructing a press release which will be emailed out on Monday. I'm NOT going to be mucked around like that!

Heating engineer will be here this avvie to fix the boiler . . . I haven't been able to wash my hair so am feeling decidedly skanky this morning I hope he manages to repair it!!!

It's bright and sunny but I understand this isn't destined to last. Might try and cut the grass in the front garden if it stays dry but other than that, nothing much planned other than keeping a modicum of sanity whilst baby and toddler conspire to drive me nuts

Re: Friday's Daily Thread

Morning Yola, morning all!

Yola, you could certainly do without all this hassle when you have two young children I hope everything will get sorted soon and you can get back to normal again.

Well, it's a lovely sunny day here....the window cleaner has just been so I can appreciate sparkling windows before they get rain splattered again tomorrow!

The washing and shopping are done, now I can spend the rest of the day just pottering

Hope it's sunny where you are!

Morning - oops it's afternoon!
It's lovely here - done some allotment work this morning - cup of tea in the garden this afternoon I think. It was gorgeous yesterday too, so i don't know what bad deeds I had done to deserve the awful driving rain whilst i was travelling on Wednesday.
PS Yola - you must be

Yola, one d**n thing after another, isn't it! Hope it gets sorted out soonest! Horrible weather cotinues, 45 degrees, rain now, rain heavy overnight and rain until mid-day tomorrow! To the market, did some laundry but had to hang it indoors of course. This kind of weather makes me think soup...nice big bowl of homemade chicken noodle tonight! Have a nice evening, all!
