Re: bright Tuesday

Poor old OH broke a tooth at the weekend and is currently at the dentist finding out his options. Unfortunately it's a front tooth so is rather noticeable, I fear this is probably going to be a veneer or some such and will definitely be expensive!

I've run out of sugar so there'll be no more jam making until I restock. Ah well, at least it'll give the little burns I've already amassed time to heal, vicious stuff boiling jam. I haven't yet worked out a method of stirring it and testing for set without it splashing up at me, perhaps I'm just ultra clumsy!

An afternoon of ironing awaits so I've got more opportunities for burning myself!

Re: bright Tuesday

evening everyone

Thanks Kazz, did you get your definite clothes organised?
Shelley, glad your cardigan survived the wash
MrsH Please don't burn yourself ironing!! Hope your OH treatment wasn't too sore.

I have decided that i am going to join the local gym again and i have found something to train for to give me the motivation for going. I have seen a couple of my friend are doing a 26 mile walk in April so I'm going to join them its for a children's charity.

Re: bright Tuesday

Hey thats something to aim for a 26 mile walk I did a few in my youth they were walkathons organised by a local radio station and you walked for charity - walking the outer circle of B'ham basicaly. The charities were mostly B'ham based.

Mrs H all I can say is ouoch on the tooth and burn front.
Shelley I often pop things in the machine that say handwash - nothing has been an issue yet.

Nothing confirmed clothes wise yet however the possible pile is being reduced almost hourly.
