Weekend photos, but no Rover.

So I'll just do three. This is up by Pennon (North coast of Scotland) in a
bay where the local dive-clubs gather to celebrate solstice weekend.
(That's our excuse and we're sticking to it!) We had a nice, big bonfire,
BBQ food, chats and lots of laughter.
Waking up to the sound of pebbles washing back and forth in the surf, the
whole bay scalloped in white at the edges, sun beating down... Can't do
much better than that without a cat!

We had lovely weather between the (short) showers. Not many boats this
year. Our club was one down (restoration-job not quite done) and our boat
(think inflatible dinghy rather than yatch or RiB. ) had no trailer. Seems
the other clubs had the same sort of story.:

This is our temporary visitor, found out on one of the dives and brought
back for the kids to have a look at. The things you can use a kit-box for.

And here some divers are trudging off for another shore-dive.

Gorgeous pictures! I'm taking Matt to the town just the other side of the railbridge from Edinburgh at the end of July for our anniversary - I just love Scotland!

We had seals for the boat-dives as well, but of course the camera decided it was starving and ate the batteries before I could get a shot. : /

Very many pretty places in Scotland. If you can catch them when it's not mizzling.

Stunning pictures! Souds as if you had a great time...Rover would have enjoyed meeting the crab...if he didn't get pinched! Poor Rover, abandoned, lone, lorn & languishing at home (and probably being spoiled rotten by your friends..snigger..)
