Name needed for this common variation.


Below is a picture of a cat I once had, in fact 2 of my cats have looked like this. I know some of you on the forum (there's Bernie for instance) also have a cat that looks like this.

I know it's not a breed but there are many cats in the uk like this that all look very similar and are totally black. If there are so many cats that look like this then it would be great to honour this type of variation with a name, instead of just DLH. Anyone any ideas?

..Sablissimo as in sable...? They have very soft fur, so that's a possiblilty.
