I've had a quick Google boys mum but it seems that all that is reported generally in allergies in cats is skin problems. If it were me, I would bathe ronnie's eyes with a weak saline solution or just plain boiled water that's got cold. He may have a cold which can be more serious in cats than in humans, especially with a chesty sound, so I think I'd take him to the vet. Hope he's OK ... how's reggie? |

hes got a mild dose of flu!! on anti biotics. been told to keep him in but as soon as the cat box was opened he was off like a shot. as for getting a pill down him. oh jeeze that was hard work, was wondering if i can crush the tablet up. mix it in water and put it down his throat that way? and to keep the boys separate. but they have been together all the time. bit like gate n horse spring to mind |

Oh dear, sorry he has the flu! Sounds as if he's not too ill if he's fighting his meds that vigorously. Forget the separation, not gonna work. Sending get well vibes ...... |
