Great Mags - and even a sight of the sea at Weston!
Watch a programme on TV next week - I think it's Tues @ 9pm - talking about how acupuncture does work. You need to do something to establish a decent sleep pattern

Thanks for that DM, I'll either watch that or tape it....it looks interesting...
I bought some of those 'sleep cones' in Boots today, thought I would give them a try. Don't think I'll need them tonight as I am hoping I should drop off tonight after missing out last night I'll probably start them Monday, will let you know how I get on!

You know about the Weston tide then DM? We only live 45mins away and we've seen more mud flats than sea!! When it is in though, it looks a completely different place
