Re: Daily Shred / Saturday April 1st

Beauuuuuuuutiful day here - warm and sunny. Just back from the allotment - I was first in at 8.30!
Have a great holiday Natz - will you be diving?
I will go to town to look round the market in a little while (once I've had a shower.....see what you do to me? CP before post-gardening shower ) and might treat myself to a nice filet steak or a wild salmon steak for tonight. A little treat as I am on my own.
Have a good day everyone!

Bright and sunny today. Have the kids this morning as their father was out last night in London. I am dropping them over to him soon. Getting my hair cut and coloured this afternoon so that should be fun. Want it a bit different so not sure whats gonna be done!!!

Will update you all on the outcome!

Re: Daily Shred / Saturday April 1st

Hello,

My hands are very bad today, I can type if I type slowly but I could only barely scratch Ninja under the chin. Thinking about taking a hot bath to see if that'll loosen them up.

Very bright outside today, but I'm cold, so off to turn on the heating

Haven't had it yet Donna, I'm being really stupid and not wanting to ask for help opening and closing the taps

We really should count our blessings shouldn't we?
Snoof - assume you've got all the tap extensions and other simple aids? Could you get the 'lever style'? They're much easier to cope with.

Re: Daily Shred / Saturday April 1st

I don't have any tools for the taps at the moment, need to get an appointment with an occupational therapist, but it usually takes a while before they can come round as they tend to be busy. I did eventually ask Matt and he sorted me out and then came up to help me back out

Eventually realised how disappointed he'd be if he found out I needed to sit in a hot bath but didn't because I didn't want to ask for help, so I asked.

Feeling a lot better now though, so that's good
