Re: ryan wants to learn horse riding

Ah, but your toddler can blame as yet undeveloped hand-eye-coordination. I'm not *quite* old enough to blame senility and old age.
Really must get my littlest brother to send my niece up for a visit so we can practice. She's a toddler too, so I'm sure she can teach me a thing or two. I could possibly even use the holey cups to plant up a rock garden.

If you're ever in Scotland, drop by. I'll show you how I bake and you can teach me to throw rocks.

Oh, I'm hard to offend. Not even being British, let alone Scottish helps, I suppose. Haggis is nice (though doesn't make the best pet, I hear. ), so I'll bow to your greater expertise in this matter. I've yet to be involved in a Haggis-bash.

Just living here rubs off?

Did you have your own horse, way back when?

Horse riding lessons are a great idea CJ ...but then I am biased If you are ever in Yorkshire, Ryan is most welcome to have a ride on Bootsy - my horse. He adores children and is extremely well behaved with them

Re: ryan wants to learn horse riding

I say we meet halfway CJ, at Fran's! I'd like to meet Bootsy, and I have other....errands... there as well.

That'll be why my parents didn't use that reason. I was already getting up early and mucking out at the riding-school. Fighting twenty-odd kids all wanting to do the same. : / Not enough money there either.
