I really, REALLY have to be unable to get out of bed to take a day off and even then he makes a huge performance out having to do everything.

The desire to scream 'try tying 2 big bags of potatos around your waist and then emptying the litter tray, dishwasher, doing Dominik's dinner, doing your dinner, emptying the potty 1/2 a dozen times, watering the garden and doing all the other millions little things I do before you get back from work and see how YOU get on' is overwhelming.

I can feel a huge barney brewing as he's really peeing me off at the moment. Watch this space . . .

Oh, and Snoof - my curiousity is also roused. Exactly HOW silly were you and is Matt still talking to you and if not why not???

Re: Daily thread - Thursday

Well yola, you'll ahve to REALLY play on it tomorrow, or you WILL end up unable to get out of bed.

Why are husbands so intolerable when you're pregnant?
My hubby did NOTHING at all to helpa round the house anytime, and when I was pregnant my midwife came round to see me and had a right go at him cos she saw me hanging out washing, she told him I wasnt well enough to be out of bed let alone washing and hoovering ( kinda told her "well, I'm ok,i've already done the hoovering")
I was a bit poorly at the time.

We had some major barneys about it though. but the worst thing was he would NOT get up to do anight feed at all> Sometiems I would kick him in the back and shout " get up you lazy sod it's your turn" and he would faff about so much that I would end up getting out of bed anyway and doing it all myself.

one night he even told me "i cant get up to do any ngiht feeds tongiht ( nothing new there i thought) cos i have a driving lesson tomorrow and cant be tired"!!!!!!

I hope you can get some rest soon, that sciatica pain is awfull, and it wont get any better if you dont rest!

Thanks for your supportive words, CJ.

I'm off to my Mum's tomorrow. She's already told me that I can spend the day lounging in the garden or infront of the TV whilst she amuses Dominik. And she's coming up to 81 years old!!!!! Says it all really
