Daily thread - Thursday

Morning all.
HAd a bit of a rough night.
My nose still won't stop runnnig, and now I have a
cough that feels like I have a
cheese grater in my chest!
IN SUMMER?!?!?!

Usually get these things in winter, but I have never,
as far as back As I can remember,
had this in the summer.

HAd it not so long ago as well.
So dosing up on
COVONNNNIIIIAAAAAAAAAAAA

(covonia)

Lovely bright looking start to the day.
Seen to the bunnies,
done the litter trays,
Fed ALisha,
Bathed her leg
(looking better)
Hung the washing out.

So at this rate i'll be done 9am and can spend the rest of the day wallowing on the sofa.
(Yeah right!)

HUbby here tonight,
so he can deal with the kids tomorrow and I
can have a lay in
(another YEAH RIGHT!)

No plans for the day, just see where it takes me

Have a nice one

Re: Daily thread - Thursday

CJ, BM - sorry to hear you're both feeling rough. Hope things improve soon.

DM - birthday wishes to Mr. DM. Have a lovely day mooching and munching.

I seem to have developed a bit of a sciatic nerve problem/backache as my right hip, lower back and leg are painful. I'm also very tired despite having had a reasonably early night. Hey ho *shrugs in resignation*

Dominik has calmed right down at nursery - he was good as gold yesterday. I am beginning to suspect it has something to do with his bowel movements (i.e., no poo for 3 days = grouchy, stroppy toddler). Sorry to be so graphic . . .

So today I'd rather be in bed, but instead have to sit here hard and work and 'play' on my PC. It's a tough life

Re: Daily thread - Thursday

Going to the pub last night turned out to be a major mistake, as I'd been so busy working I hadn't eaten all day. I've barely slept and I've invoked so much drama in my drunken state I'm pondering moving into the airing cupboard and pretending my name is Brian for a year.

I wish my colleague would turn up (we have really flexible hours) so he could make it all hilarious for me. He makes me PMSL every single time something bad happens, so I really need him right now, before I completely lose all hope of recovery.

Oh god, I just wish I could do last night over. I feel like such a [insult of your choice here] right now

You really don't want to know. I am an awful, awful, silly person.

And I'm hungover. Bad combination!
