No, I don't like zoos either. Remember London Zoo on numerous occasions when small, and before I understood the rights and wrongs of animals in captivity I somehow felt the sadness from the big cats and other large creatures - you could see it in their eyes .

Of course the bear should be allowed to live. It's a complete no-brainer and the arguments for letting it die just don't stack up

I agree with what everyone has said. Of course he should be allowed to live. He is so cute too! I don't like zoos either.

I don't like zoos either, but for the endangered animals sometimes there is just no alternative! The big game 'safe zones' in Africa don't exactly stop the hunters do they! And until such a time as more is done to preserve these animals safety, then captivity is unfortunately the only answer!
