We cut it it back a few moths ago Jac and its just over grown again the only way I can see it not growing back is to take the bottom few branches compleley off,Ill ask ed to go and have a work with them I think |

Of course I don't know the law there; we also can cut back branches that overhang our property quite legally...but....if it causes harm or death to the tree, we're legally responsible for it: cost of arborist, tree removal, replacement, etc! Doesn't happen often, but I'd be sort of wary about doing it....just a thought. I'm a rather risk-aversive person........ |

I have just had to rescue Milo out of the tree again He wasnt that far up and jumped out for his toy. He got out through the kitchen window which I thought I had closed enough to stop him getting out!!!!! I think Im going to have trouble with this one |
