Thanks for all the ideas guys. We didn't spend too much time on the task aspect, but I did how to health check a puppy with a toy puppy and for my work related issue/problem which actually was more about role play, I did the need to recruit more volunteers and how we will do this. I enjoyed the course very much & have learnt a lot about directive coaching / supporting / counselling / training. |
