Haven't any experience of WW or anything like. Have a bit of advice though. Instead of your salads, use soup as a slimming aid for the nasty weather. Scientists ( ![]() Make your own soup, so you know what's in it and that it's not full of either cream etc or salt. You can make a soup out of practically any veg, and it's really no bother. Use low-salt vegetable stock cubes for the liquid element. Good luck ![]() |

Hiya - never done WW (I'm a tight wad), but I too did Atkins 18 months ago after my son was born (I ate like a pig during the pregnancy and couldnt' shift the weight later) and the weight just fell off. I watch my weight and eat sensibly (mostly) but I'm back on a balanced diet now and *touch wood* keeping it under control. The soup thing sounds brilliant - I wish I had time to make home made soup! |
