Ok Yola, you can hive somebody rep points if they have helped you or you like the post they have made ...

you click this to give somebody rep points and fill out the form

if you want to check if someone has given you any rep points goto the bit at the top saying user CP

and scroll down to the bottom of the page and it will list them
