Move out of Slough; that'll make you happier!! Seriously - they are lovely suggestions and some of these things really do help to life your spirits. We live such inward-focused lives that reaching out to others spontaeously can make a momentary difference. |

They don't mention keeping a pet, and I suppose not everyone will be able to, but I thought that was also 'good' for your general well-being too? The pot-plant will have to suffice! |
